I’m not sure which package I need, do you offer a trial?Yes. We provide all new partners a 60-day introductory trial so you can test out our service and see if it's the right fit for you.

Do I remain in control of my pricing & availability?We are here to support you not to take over running your business. You will remain in control of all the decisions including house rules, pricing and availability.

Am I locked into a long contract?No. We provide all hosts on our monthly packages the opportunity to cancel anytime free of charge. However some of our clients choose to work on a longer contract for more favourable rates.

Does this service work if I have more than one property?Absolutely!

How do your fees work?Unlike typical agencies or property managers we do not charge a commission for the bookings you receive. All of our services are priced based on the number of properties you have and the systems and services your business require.

Will there be somebody supporting me at all times?Yes. Your dedicated account co-host will work with you to manage and promote your business. They will be your first point of contact for any support that you need.

Do you handle guest payments?No. All payments will be made directly to you via the platforms on which bookings are received. At no point do we handle or manage any of your guest payments.

Is it possible to add more properties at a later date?Yes. It’s very easy for us to add more properties once the initial onboarding process is complete. Simply let our team know and we will get to work supporting you.
