PrimeBnB began with a two-bedroom cottage in North Wales.

It belonged to my grandmother who hoped to share her home with travelers while earning some extra income. She listed it through one of the big rental agencies, trusting they’d take care of everything. But instead, she got what many owners still experience today: poor communication, underperformance, and endless excuses.

Eventually, she gave up.

That moment stuck with me. Not just because it was personal, but because it was avoidable.
